END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Effective Date: June 5, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Norman Alan Company, LLC QuickBooks integration application (“Application”).

This Application is intended solely for authorized employees and contractors of Norman Alan Company, LLC.

  1. License Grant

Norman Alan Company, LLC grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for legitimate business purposes.

  1. Ownership

The Application and all related software, processes, and intellectual property are owned by Norman Alan Company, LLC.

  1. Authorized Use

Users may use the Application only in connection with their employment or authorized business activities with Norman Alan Company, LLC.

  1. QuickBooks Data Access

The Application may access, retrieve, and process QuickBooks Online data necessary for business operations, reporting, accounting, and administrative functions.

  1. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Protect login credentials and access tokens.
• Use the Application only for authorized business purposes.
• Comply with all company policies regarding information security and confidentiality.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

  1. Disclaimer

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norman Alan Company, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

  1. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time by Norman Alan Company, LLC.

  1. Changes

Norman Alan Company, LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
