Brandon
Co-Owner
Brandon is a Co-Owner of The Norman Alan Company.
Working with Norman Alan since 2011, Brandon troubleshoots networking and technology issues and oversees sales and the onsite calls.
His experience includes all Windows Operating Systems, a variety of networking equipment, wireless equipment, servers, cell phones, and a broad range of software. Brandon spends a lot of his time working closely with the Field Service Techs to make sure the onsite jobs go smoothly.
Brandon attended Derry High School. Graduating from Pittsburgh Technical Institute in 2007, Brandon has an Associates Degree in Computer Science - Network Administration. He has his Network+ Certification and is working on his Windows MCSE Certifications.
Married since 2013, Brandon and his wife have 4 children, with the newest arrival in November of 2017. Brandon loves to play dek hockey and go fishing. He coaches some local youth dek hockey teams and baseball teams.
Will
Co-Owner
Will is a Co-Owner of The Norman Alan Company.
With Norman Alan since 2010, Will manages the remote support team and oversees server monitoring, as well as handling escalated tickets.
Customers rely on Will to handle the toughest problems quickly and effectively.
“I have been doing IT since my parents scraped money together for a PC in the early 90s. They were dismayed to find me dismantling it the next day. It sparked a lifelong interest in technology and problem solving. I am proud to say that I help people solve problems every day. We solve the world’s problems, one computer at a time.”
Will is from Murrysville, PA and graduated from Franklin Regional High School. He attended Penn State University where he acquired a bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology in 2004.
Todd
Service Center Manager
Todd is our Service Center Manager
With Norman Alan since 2005, Todd holds the job of Electronics Specialist today, but he has taken on many roles along the way. His focus is repairing PCs that are brought in to be repaired in our in-house shop.
“One thing I pride myself on is being able to completely disassemble a piece of equipment such as a laptop and reassemble it perfectly, with never an extra part left over when job is finished!”
After High School, Todd spent 6 years in the Navy as an Avionics Electronics Technician. After serving, he went into the computer field repairing printers and monitors and eventually working on PCs.
In Todd’s off time, his passion is off road motorsports, mainly motocross.
Bev
Secretary/Administrative Assistant
Bev is our Secretary/Administrative Assistant.
With Norman Alan since 2014, Bev answers the phones and connects customers with the appropriate technician or service. She also keeps our files in great shape and processes work orders.
Bev is an excellent typist and has good phone etiquette, always demonstrating a pleasant and helpful attitude. Customers rely on Bev to connect them to evaluate their needs and connect them with the right service.
“I’ve worked in a variety of customer service scenarios, and I can say I love interacting with our customers.”
After graduating High School, Bev entered the Air Force and found herself doing a job very similar to her work with Norman Alan.
Bev has been married for 24 years, loves crafts and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Jon
Remote Support Escalation Technician
Jon is one of our Remote Support Escalation Technicians.
On the job with Norman Alan since 2011, Jon’s primary focus is diagnosing and correcting computer and network systems in a timely manner using remote support technology.
With over a decade of experience in the Information Technology field, customers rely on Jon’s ability to recognize problems and troubleshoot them efficiently, saving endless hours of downtime and aggravation.
“I appreciate the fact that my job is always changing, always evolving. Every day is different, and it is a constant adventure.”
Jon is a graduate of Hempfield High School and the Allegheny Valley Institute of Technology, where he earned A+ and Network+ certifications.
Calvin
Remote Support Escalation Technician
Calvin is one of our Remote Support Escalation Technicians
Joining Norman Alan in 2017, Calvin works with our customers in the field, troubleshooting computers and systems to keep them up and running smoothly.
Customers rely on Calvin when there’s no substitute for being on-site and hands-on to really understand and resolve a problem to the customer’s satisfaction.
“The thing I enjoy most about my job is that I get to interact personally with our customers and work with them to resolve their problems.”
Calvin has been working with computers as long as he can remember, teaching himself the basics before going on to achieve certifications in CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+.

Remote Support Escalation Technician
Rob is one of our Field Service & Remote Support Technicians
Joining Norman Alan in 2018, Rob works with our customers, troubleshooting computers and systems to keep them up and running smoothly.
Rob enjoys the challenge of the job and working with customers.
Rob holds an Associates Degree and is CompTIA Network+ certified.
Ryan
Remote Support Escalation Technician
Ryan is one of our Field Service & Remote Support Technicians
Joining Norman Alan in 2020, Ryan works with our customers in the field, troubleshooting computers and systems to keep them up and running smoothly.
Ryan has been working in the IT field since 2017. He has his A+ and Network+ certifications and is currently working towards a Microsoft certification.
"I love the fast paced environment and the constant learning of new technologies while giving our best service to protect our client's networks."
Ryan enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing puzzle and board games with his friends and family. He also just got engaged and will be getting married in the near future.
Joe
Remote Support Technician
Joe is one of our Remote Support Technicians.
On the job with Norman Alan since 2022, Joe provides remote support services for all of our customers.
"I have been providing customer support in some form since 2009. I enjoy helping customers solve problems and believe I provide excellent customer service. Customers rely on me to provide a timely response and resolution to their problems. I solve customer problems with years of troubleshooting experience from a variety of different business backgrounds."
In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time gaming with his fiancé and his friends.
Joe currently holds a COMPTIA A+ certification.
Cameron
Remote Support Technician
Cameron is one of our Remote Support Technicians.
On the job with Norman Alan since 2022, Cameron provides remote support services for all of our customers.
"My position allows me to learn about and engage with new technologies and expand my knowledge in my field. I also know that I must listen to and understand the customer's needs to provide the best support possible to fulfil those needs."
In his free time, Cameron enjoys DIY projects around his house and he also enjoys woodworking.
Cameron currently holds a PC Support Certification.
Robert
Remote Support Technician
Robert is one of our Remote Support Technicians.
Robert was hired in October 2022 as a Field Technician but then joined our Remote team in July 2024. He enjoys the challenge of solving our customer's technical issues. He has worked in the IT field for over 8 years across many different businesses, small and large. Customer's can rely on Robert to not just put a band-aid on your current issue but to find the root of the problem and find a permanent solution. Robert has an Associates degree in Computer Science and some higher level technical courses.
When Robert isn't fixing technical problems, he likes to spend time time with his wife and daughter. He enjoys being a part of his church, learning about the newest technology, listening to all kinds of music & podcasts, and taking walks with his daughter.
Tony
Field Service Technician
Tony is one of our Field Technicians.
Tony was hired in October 2023 as a Field Technician. He assists customers with technical problems either in the field or remotely. Tony has been working with computers since he was a child. Customers rely on him to efficiently solve problems, bring attention to details, and quickly fix their issue. Tony loves the fast-paced environment and the opportunities to learn here at Norman Alan. Tony comes to Norman Alan with a Bachelors Degree in Cybersecurity from Saint Vincent College.
When Tony isn't working on customer technical issues, you can find him kayaking, playing video games, programming and tinkering with new technology.
Stacy
Office Manager
Stacy is our Office Manager.
Stacy was hired in October 2023 as our Office Manager. She will be taking on the day to day business tasks and overseeing the office operations. She brings 18+ years of Administration, Fiscal, and Office experience to Norman Alan. Stacy believes that research and follow-ups are a must when it comes to her position. Along with her experience, Stacy is currently going for he Bachelors in Business Administration.
Stacy was born and raised in Southwestern PA. She loves all 4 seasons that the area has to offer but fall is by far her favorite. When she isn't making sure Norman Alan is running like a well oiled machine, she enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, watching her kids excel at all of the sports they do and spending quality time with her boyfriend. Stacy also spends her free time participating in local charities to help those in need.
Dalton
Remote Support Technician
Dalton is a member of our Remote Support team.
Dalton was hired in February 2024. He is currently part of our Frontline team. Customers rely on Dalton to provide them with quick, confident answers and reassurance that the problem will get resolved if it's a trickier problem. Dalton tries to put himself in the customer's position and how the problem affects them. The best part about his job is that he gets to meet new people everyday.
After completing 5 years of college at Penn Highlands Community College and Fullsail University, Dalton has a Bachelors of Science in Game Design and an Associates of Applied Science in Network Administration. When Dalton isn't fixing your issues, he likes to play video games on PC and consoles, do some 3D modeling, and create cosplay props. He runs a small Etsy page where he sells his models and props.

Jeff Kochis
Founding Member
Jeff is a founding member of Norman Alan.
As of July 1st, 2021, the founders sold the company to Will and Brandon and are off enjoying their retirement. They have put 17 years of hard work into growing The Norman Alan Company to what it is today. We appreciate everything they have done and wish them nothing but the best!
The founders have always taken care of their employees and clients. Will and Brandon have learned over the years the Norman Alan way and will continue to treat their clients and employees as respectfully as always.
